Why we started this

We kept hearing the same complaints from friends and neighbors. The plumber never called back. The bill came in way over the phone quote. The repair failed a few months later. We knew the work was not that complicated to do honestly, so we started doing it that way.

How we price work

You get a flat price for the job before we start, not an hourly rate that climbs while you watch the clock. The diagnostic fee on most calls is $49 to $89, and after-hours emergencies run a bit more. That fee usually credits toward the repair once you approve it.

Licensed and insured

Plumbing is licensed at the state level in North Carolina through the State Board of Examiners of Plumbing, Heating and Fire Sprinkler Contractors. The plumbers on these jobs carry the proper license and liability insurance, which protects your home and keeps the work to code. You can verify any NC plumbing license on the state board's website, and we are happy to point you to it.

What we will not do

We will not sell you a repair you do not need. If a fix can wait and save you money, we will say so. If a part is near the end but not dead yet, we will tell you that too and let you decide. That is the whole reason people call us back.
