Here is everything I handle, from flooding emergencies to the small jobs people put off. Every job comes with a flat price up front.

Learn more →Every job starts with a diagnostic visit, usually $49 to $89 during regular hours. I look at the problem, tell you exactly what it will take to fix, and give you a flat price before any work starts. On most repairs that diagnostic fee gets credited toward the job. After-hours emergency calls run $89 to $150 because someone has to get out of bed, and that fee credits toward the repair too.
For bigger jobs like sewer repairs, the process adds one step. I run a camera down the line first, around $150 to $300, so you can see the actual problem on the screen before we talk about money. You keep the footage. If you want a second quote from another company, that footage saves you paying for a second inspection.
Call and describe what you see. Water where it should not be points to leak detection or an emergency visit. Slow or backed-up fixtures usually mean drain cleaning, and repeat backups point at the sewer line. No hot water is a water heater question. And the small stuff, a dripping faucet or a running toilet, falls under fixtures. Two minutes on the phone beats an hour of guessing.
One call gets you a diagnosis window, a flat price, and a plumber who shows up when promised.
